Projects
The systems, told in full
Not slides: how a complete system is built inside, piece by piece, including the parts nobody usually shows — what you need to buy, what happens when the line drops, how you switch it on without stopping the work.
How a project is born
Build first, tell the story after
From a real site
A project always starts inside a real business, with its own hours and its own surprises. Never from an idea in the abstract: ideas in the abstract only work in slide decks.
Strip out what belongs to that client
What remains is the skeleton: the flows that repeat identically across the whole sector. That's what becomes the project, and it's why the second venue costs a fraction of the first.
Reconfigure, don't rewrite
For the neighbouring trade the surrounding modules change, not the core. A hotel isn't a restaurant, but the question «who answers and where does the request end up» is identical.
What's next
There's one project here, and there's a reason
I publish one when it has actually been built, not when it has been imagined. The second vertical is born from the first site that asks for it: if your trade is on this list, that site could be you — and whoever comes first builds it with me instead of buying it finished.
