What data I collect and why

Contact form:name, email and the information you choose to enter (company, sector, message). I use it exclusively to answer your check-up request and for any subsequent business relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

No tracking: this website uses no profiling cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools that identify the visitor.

Where the data goes and for how long

Requests sent through the form are delivered to my email inbox via an email-sending provider (Resend Inc.) and kept for the time needed to handle the request, in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact. I do not sell or transfer data to third parties.

Your rights

You can at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data, or object to the processing (arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to the contact above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
