The system I build is yours — documented, with the data on accounts in your name. If one day you want to go solo or change supplier, you can: someone else can read it without rebuilding it. That's exactly why nobody usually does.

Straight answers to the real ones, uncomfortable included.

What does it actually cost?

There's no price list: there's a fixed written quote after the free Check-up — so it's built on a measured problem, not on guesswork. It starts with a small Pilot: you know the figure before signing, and it doesn't move.

And if it doesn't work?

The Pilot starts with measurable goals put in writing and a written guarantee: if the system doesn't do what's written, half comes back. I take the risk of the first move — it's the fastest way I know to prove the method.

I've already spent money on "digital" and nothing changed.

Classic, and usually not your fault: you were sold a tool, not a process. I start from the opposite end — first I measure where time and money leak, then I build around how you already work. And if the problem isn't worth the spend, that's in the report too.

I don't have time to follow a project.

You don't have to. The Check-up happens without you; the Pilot asks a couple of hours in total, one conversation at the start and one handover at the end. My job is to give you time back — it would be odd to start by taking more.

How fast is it live?

The Pilot typically goes into production 14 days from signing. A complete project usually in 4-6 weeks. I work AI-first: speed is part of the method, not a marketing promise.

Who touches my data?

The data stays yours, on your accounts. I work with an NDA and a data processing agreement (DPA) signed before we start, GDPR compliant. No customer data is used to train AI models.

What if one day I want to drop you?

You do, and nothing happens: the system is yours, documented, with the data on accounts in your name. You take it as it is — another supplier can read it without rebuilding it. What ends is the retainer, not the system: it stays on, there just isn't anyone watching it. It's precisely because you can leave that nobody usually does.
